EK Manual Welding Cells

Our facilities are home to several wire-feed and TIG manual welding stations. Each of these cells is manned by Qualified AWS D1.1 welders who ensure each and every product meets the most rigorous specifications using expert skill and dexterity. Our on-site Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) and Certified Welding Educator (CWE) work together with our welding team to maintain the highest quality standards for all of our manual welding projects.

Manual Welding Capabilities:
  • Short Circuit Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW-S)
  • Pulsed Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW-P)
  • Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
  • Metal-Cored Arc Welding (MCAW)
