EK’s comprehensive, state-of-the-art welding facility is dedicated to the efficient production of quality general and complex weldments. All of our expert welders are qualified to AWS D1.1 certification in GMAW across several positions. EK’s welding team also includes a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) and a Certified Welding Educator (CWE) to ensure every one of our welders has access to the highest quality training and education possible.

Our welding facilities include a wide array of adaptable equipment that can be calibrated to accommodate diverse product requirements. From our manual welding stations to our fully automated robotic welding equipment, our experienced welders perform thorough quality assurance practices every step of the way.
Our Welding Facility Equipment Includes:
- Manual and wire feed TIG stations
- Robotic welding cells with a weld footprint of 6 ft. x 10 ft. x 4,000 lbs
- Floor mount and portable hanging spot welders for resistance welding of light gauge materials, weldnuts, and studs
